Very cool. I enjoy yoga as a great way to relax when I’m stressed, and I also find nature to be very calming. I imagine that putting the two together would be great, and I’ll have to try it the next time I’m stressed out!

With your beautiful back yard, going outdoors to try some gentle yoga poses should be easy enough. Sometimes I like to think of walking in the woods as a practice in mindfulness.
