It is my opinion that one of the greenest ways a mother can feed her child is to breastfeed. In my experience, not only is breastfeeding a great way to bond with my daughter and calm me down when motherhood gets a bit hectic, but it is also incredibly convenient (no bottle preparation or food containers required), and it’s wonderful for my daughter’s health (her immunity and decreased chance for childhood obesity).
